Privacy at a glance

  • • We never log your prompts, messages, or completions.
  • • We never train on your data or sell it.
  • • Data is encrypted at rest and in transit; passwords are bcrypt-hashed.
  • • You can delete your account and data anytime.

What we collect

We collect the minimum needed to operate the service: your email, username, and name; basic login metadata; usage metadata (token counts, model, timestamps) for billing and abuse prevention; subscription state; and payment references. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it to train models.

What we never log

We do not log, store, or inspect your prompts, message content, completions, or any request payload bodies. Your conversations and the content you send through the API are passed to the upstream provider and are not retained by ZenLLM. We only record metadata required to bill and secure your account.

Security

User data is encrypted at rest and in transit. API keys are stored as one-way hashes and shown to you only once. Passwords are stored as one-way bcrypt hashes — we can never read them. All API traffic is served over TLS, and access to production data is restricted and audited.

How we use data

Stored data is used strictly for authentication, billing, abuse prevention, API key management, service reliability, and user support — nothing else.

Data retention

Usage metadata is retained only as long as needed for billing and security. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time through our support channel below.

Your rights

You can access, correct, export, or delete your account data. To exercise any of these rights, reach us on Discord and we'll help you promptly.
