Terms of Service

ZenLLM provides API access to third-party AI models through a single endpoint, with routing, failover and metered billing. By creating an account or using the API you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

You need an account to use the API. Keep your API keys secret; requests made with your keys are your responsibility. You can freeze or delete keys at any time in the dashboard. We may suspend accounts that break these terms or abuse the service.

ZenLLM is prepaid and pay-as-you-go. You buy credits and every request is metered per token at the rates published on the models page at the time of the request. Failed requests are not charged. Credits never expire, are tied to your account, and are not redeemable for cash. Rate limits scale with your balance plus lifetime spend.

Credit purchases carry a one-week warranty: a refund can only be requested within 7 days of the purchase. If none of the purchased credits were used, the purchase is refunded in full. If any of them were used, only 50% of the remaining credits from that purchase are refundable. After 7 days, purchases are final. Do not use the service for anything illegal, to attack or overload the service or others, to attempt to access other users' data, or in ways that violate the usage policies of the underlying model providers. We may rate limit, freeze keys or suspend accounts to protect the platform.

Models, prices and provider chains can change as upstream providers change. We aim for high availability through failover but the service is provided as is, without warranties. We may update these terms; continued use after an update is acceptance.

Model outputs are generated by third-party AI systems and may be wrong; you are responsible for how you use them. The service is used entirely at your own risk. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZenLLM accepts no liability whatsoever and owes no monetary compensation of any kind for any claim, loss or damage arising from the service, beyond the refunds described above.
