Service Availability
We do not guarantee uptime for any routed model. If a provider or model is down, delayed, rate-limited, or degraded, that does not create a liability or refund obligation. We continuously add provider redundancy to keep models available.
Payments and Refunds
All purchases are final and non-refundable. Credits do not expire while your account is in good standing. If you believe you were billed in error, contact us on Discord and we'll review it.
Fair Use
Each API key has transparent per-minute rate limits and credit allowances shown in your dashboard. We never charge above the published per-token price of the underlying model.
Conduct
False, malicious, or defamatory statements about the service, team, or infrastructure are not allowed. Constructive and factual feedback is always welcome — and best shared with us directly on Discord.
Data Handling
We never log your prompts or completions, and we encrypt user data at rest and in transit. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Acceptance
Using the service means you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy.
